Get Consistent Water Flow With Licensed Well and Pump Service in Wichita, KS

I have a big garden that I water with my well and it has been close to 100 every day, on Thursday night my pump quit working I called the company that installed the pump and they could not come out until Monday so I scheduled it I called them Monday morning to make sure they were still coming they said yes. They never showed up and my garden is so dry. I called Jessica at First Street Pump at 4:30 Monday evening she texted me back at 8:00 that night and said they would be there Tuesday morning between 8-10 Dan was there at 7:30 and by 9:00 I had a new pump with good water, i would use them again if the need ever arises.

I have had First Street Pump help me on 3 different occasions. Summer 2024…..pump (previously replaced 2 years prior by a different supplier) quit on me. Even with many of the crew at First Street Pump on an already planned vacation, they still were able to send Justin (RIP) out to help me! In no time at all, he found a broken stainless steel part (a very RARE occurrence) and had the pump replaced the SAME DAY!! April 2025 My pressure tank in the basement was leaking water from the bottom of the tank. Because I had such an excellent experience with my pump replacement, I called First Street. Within a week, they had a very high quality pressure tank installed and working. I was advised to check on it 2x/day to make sure there were no leaks. I did so every day and it was dry and there were no problems at all. On the 5th day, when I checked on it, I had water on the basement floor again. It WASN’T coming from the new pressure tank. Now I had another NEW water leak problem. Water was coming out of the concrete wall…the connection behind the new pressure tank! I didn’t want anybody but the owner, Dan, to come troubleshoot/fix this for me. He’s honest, has integrity, is super knowledgeable, considerate and I trusted him implicitly! So I had to wait a bit over 2 weeks for Dan to be free and able to personally come out. It was WORTH the wait! He had to bring a backhoe out and dig up the whole area outside that basement wall. It was a HUGE ordeal but he found a hairline crack in a PVC elbow pipe connection! I was SO IMPRESSED by the way they left my property when they were done. It has rained a LOT since then and it STILL looks great! So I will say, there is NOBODY ELSE I would call to help me and I’m SO grateful I was referred to First Street Pump way back in the Summer of 2024. If you want a family-owned business that has integrity and honesty, call First Street Pump!!

Had problem with sprinkler system maintaining pressure. Levi and Ethan came out and diagnosed the problem to find that the pressure tank was the problem. We had them come back and replace the pressure tank, pressure switch and gauge. Repaired in timely manner! Jessica in the office kept us informed of when the repairs were scheduled. Overall, this company is excellent. Customer service oriented! Would recommend this company for all the services they provide.

My water went out, and being on a well for my only water source, I called and they had someone come out the next morning. Took a while, but the pressure switch on my holding tank went out. I was so grateful to have water again.

Levi came after 6 pm to fix my well. Went above and beyond and fixed it up. Great job and affordable.

I called and spoke with Jessica. She was Knowledgeable, Professional, and Friendly and it was clear that she was the heart of the operation. She sent out two guys to take a look and bid on the job. Justin and Levi both arrived promptly. They were Professional, knowledgeable, and Mannerly and were helpful in moving furniture to get to the pump. I was told it was a hard-to-find pump. But they would look into ordering one… They left. About 30 minutes later. Jessica called and told me that a pump was available and in stock locally. She gave me the bid for the pump and installation. Which was far less (one 10th) of what I had been quoted by another company. Which I knew was highway robbery… It helps to get at least three bids… Jessica sent Justin and Levi out the next day… They were prompt and replaced the pump in about an hour. They were FAST, Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Mannerly. And kept the door closed as I had asked… to keep the heat in my office. Thank you so much. It is so nice to know that there is a good reputable business still around that cares about GREAT customer service… Thanks again! Keep up the good work.

We rely on our well for our house and irrigation. After 29 years the original system stopped supplying water. My wife was frantic, and First Street Pump called back shortly after we talked with them initially. They sent two very courteous, professional service men that took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with their work, and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use First Street Pump in the future, and can highly recommend them.

Noticed my pump quit recently. Called First Street Pump on the recommendation of a friend. They were able to get to me within a few days and had my pump fixed for a fraction of what I thought it would be. Good honest company. I’ll call them again if I need pump work done.
